Once again LTB has come to the rescue of a baby bobcat, and by the looks of it, not a moment too soon. This one, only a few weeks old, emaciated and scared, was turned over voluntarily by a couple who realized they had made a big mistake by taking this youngster from its natural mother. The male bobcat, underweight for his age at a mere three pounds, will be examined by our veterinarian within the next few days. Bobbi has already secured a permanent home for this little guy at a sanctuary in Texas. Once he's strong enough to travel, he'll be on his way. For now, all he cares about is eating! Donations are being accepted to help pay the costs for food, medical aid, and transportation costs to the sanctuary in Texas.
